Meet the author event.

Join us at Beaverdale Books for a cross-dimensional presentation by songwriter and novelist, Zaq Baker, as he shares his music and his writing. He will be joined in conversation and song by Patricia Holly, singer/songwriter from Des Moines. 

It's all part of his debut book tour for Unspectacular: A Novel.  

Fifth and Clark Friday's, the Auditorium will host two multi-talented Des Moines based Artists. This show will kick off at 7:00pm with Patricia Holly, followed by Abbie Sawyer. The Auditorium lobby will open at 6:00pm, and doors into the theater will open at 6:30. All our Fifth and Clark Friday's concerts will now have beer, wine, soft drinks, and concessions for sale during the events. Admission for these events is $5 and students can get 2-for-1 admission by showing their student ID's at the door.
